Control over access is in your hands

This page explains what SERVASE does to protect your account and company, and what you can see and manage yourself.

Your account
Sign-in and passwords are handled by a dedicated identity service, not by each app.
- One account for every app, so there are no differing passwords
- A list of the sessions and devices using your account
- Sign-in history, including the apps that were opened
- A notification when the account signs in from a device not seen before
Your company
Each company is its own space. Members of another company cannot see your company's data.
- Access is always checked against membership of the company
- Roles decide who may add members, pay, or only look
- Removing a member stops their access to every app
- Company ownership can only be transferred by its owner
Activity record
Important changes are recorded and cannot be edited or deleted.
- Who added a member, changed a role, or removed a member
- Subscription changes and app launches
- Visible to owners and admins under Security

Who looks after what

SERVASE: Accounts, companies, memberships, roles, subscriptions, invoices and the activity record.
Each app: Your work data in that app: attendance, customer conversations, messages, campaigns or work activity.
Identity service: Passwords, email verification and two-step verification.
